Shane is a freelance kitchen designer. He has been in the kitchen for more than 20 years. He went into a management career with McDonald’s at Edgeworth and by the age of 21, he became the restaurant manager.
He did not realize that he’s already been doing kitchen designing for most of the time. With McDonald’s opening new stores, he had to look at the layout, design, and function. He renovated the kitchen that resulted in a turnover of 30 customers per night.
He always makes sure that his work will maximize the efficiency and layout of the kitchen.
