Melanie Nicholson grew up in Brisbane. When she was 17, she joined the Air Force for six years. She did logistics and physical work while in the Air Force. The reason she joined the Air Force was because she wanted to have an adventure and she also got inspired by the movie Top Gun.
Melanie focuses on helping CEOs create cultural and behavioral change in organisations. Great organisational culture is a significant competitive advantage in a complex business world. Her specialty is working with orgnisations that are considered to be in crisis or experiencing significant change and where to the board, senior executives, and CEOs are ready to collaborate with a consultant to create a transformation.
When asked what is her best business advice, she said: “hit the ground running and get the clients.”
