In this issue we catch up with one of our YOUNGEST BBB ENTREPRENUERS, Talia who with mum Deb runs the Rock n Roll Dance School.
TALIA (AND DEB) AND THE ROCK n ROLL DANCE SCHOOL
Talia has been involved in RocknRoll dancing since she was 4 years old. In conjunction with mother Debbie, Talia helps with:
- The set-up of sound equipment and microphone.
- Greeting clients
- Collection of names and fees
- Teaching and demonstrating dances steps and styles
- Delivering flyers to businesses and homes to drum up business
Talia said “The reason why I started was because mum went to classes, as a kid and it just being mum and I, I wanted to do everything she was doing, so that’s what got me started. I like dancing because I get to talk to people and you never know who you’ll meet. As I got better and better at it I started to enjoy it more and more.”
